In addition, from November 28–30 only, admission fees for drop-in activities will be waived for anyone who brings in two non-perishable food items.</p>
<p>From the <a href="http://www.thprd.org" target="_blank">Tualatin Hills Park &amp; Recreation District</a>:</p>
<blockquote><p>During the three days following Thanksgiving, Nov. 28-30, THPRD will again waive its usual drop-in fee for those who bring in at least two non-perishable food items. Admission will be on a first-come, first-served basis for drop-in programs, including open/family swims, lap swims, open gyms, drop-in sports and fitness rooms.</p>
<p>The drop-in waiver is good at all locations except the Nature Park Interpretive Center and the THPRD Administration Office, which do not have drop-in programs.</p>
<p>Oregon Food Bank’s most wanted foods include canned meats; canned and boxed meals; peanut butter; canned or dried beans and peas; pasta, rice, and cereal; canned fruits; and 100 percent fruit juice.
