On October 30, the Rose Quarter website will be selling $10 tickets for these shows:

- Celtic Thunder
- Playhouse Disney Live
- AVP Crocs Pro Beach Volleyball “Hot Winter Nights Tour”
- Harlem Globetrotters
The sale lasts from 10:00 am to 10:00 pm on October 30. The $10 price does not include service charges.

Just out of curiosity, how popular are the Harlem Globetrotters today? I have this vague memory of them being on Scooby Doo in the ’80s.

This Friday, March 7, Timberline and Mt. Hood Skibowl will give you a day lift ticket in exchange for four cans of food. The ticket is valid from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm that day only.
The donations will go to the Portland Police Sunshine Division, which provides temporary food relief to Portland-area residents.
