Iamdynamite will perform at Music Millennium (3158 E. Burnside, Portland) at 6:00 pm.
Saturday, January 19
Guided Nature Walk at Tryon Creek State Natural Area: This week’s theme is “Secrets of the Black-Tailed Deer.” 11321 SW Terwilliger Blvd, Portland, 10:00 am.
Save Energy Fair: Learn ways to lower your home energy bill, and pick up a free Home Water Conservation Kit. Rockwood Public Library (17917 SE Stark St, Portland), 10:30 am to 12:30 pm.
Oregon Maritime Museum: Free admission to families with children under the age of 14. SW Naito Parkway and SW Pine Street, Portland. 11:00 am to 4:00 pm.
Palm Tree Ride: On this guided bike ride, you’ll see palm trees and other exotic vegetation growing in the city. Meet at Velo Cult (1969 NE 42nd, Portland), 11:00 am.
Snow Globes: Make a snow globe with artist Addie Boswell. Supplies provided. Personalize your globe by bringing a favorite tiny toy or treasure to hide inside. Sellwood-Moreland Library (7860 SE 13th Ave, Portland), 11:00 am to 12:30 pm.
Sunday, January 20
