Free Events in Portland: Nov 13–15 (Highlights Edition)

Seems like a slow weekend for free events. Am I missing something? If you know of any other free events, please write a comment about it.

Friday, November 13
Visit Pioneer Courthouse Square at noon to welcome this year’s Christmas tree. Festivities include a visit from Santa and local dignitaries.
Saturday, November 14
Discover local groups dedicated to a variety of interests (some of them offbeat) at the Keep Portland Weird! Festival. The event also includes a swap for kids clothes, maternity clothes, and toys.
Sunday, November 15
See The Features in concert at Music Millennium.
Head to Camas for a concert by the Southwest Washington Wind Symphony.

The Washington County Museum (on the PCC Rock Creek campus) is having their monthly Free Family Day tomorrow and I believe they are having leaf printing and Native American rock art for the kids to do. They also have some juice and cookies for the kids to have a snack.

Storytelling and Hot Cocoa Hour! @ Starbucks on the Square | 12:00pm
Storytelling by Starbucks Baristas! Bring a new or gently loved book for a young person and they’ll donate them to a SMART literacy project for youth. Free hot chocolate’s for kids and treats for adults too!
