1/8–1/29: 21 Days of Free Yoga Classes

If better health is one of your new year’s goals, here’s an easy way to get started:

From January 8–29, Lululemon Athletica will host a free yoga class each day from 7:30 pm to 8:30 pm. All levels of experience are welcome.

In addition to providing a free workout, these classes will offer an efficient way to find a new yoga teacher, if you’re so inclined. Lululemon will bring in a different instructor for each class, which means you’ll get to test drive 21 teachers in 21 days and possibly find a new yoga mentor.

To inspire you even more, you’ll get free stuff for being consistent. If you go to all 21 classes, you’ll receive a free one-month membership at Barre3 and three free Pilates machine classes at Studio Blue.

According to Joshua at Lululemon, RSVPs are not being taken for the free yoga classes, but you should arrive at least 15 to 20 minutes before the start of each class to get a spot. Expect this to be a popular event.
