Free Concerts at MusicfestNW 2008

Several bands will be playing free shows at MusicfestNW from September 4 to 6.

According to the MFNW website:

KEXP and InCase are excited to present the KEXP Live Studio Sessions taking place September 4th through 6th at the Doug Fir Lounge. These shows are FREE and OPEN TO THE PUBLIC, but be sure to get there early because it is first come, first served and space is limited.

Thursday, September 4th
11am: Port O’Brien
1pm: Nick Jaina Band
3pm: Oxford Collapse

Friday, September 5th
11am: Blind Pilot
1pm: Love as Laughter
3pm: Helio Sequence

Saturday, September 6th
12pm: The Muslims
2pm: Centro-Matic
4pm: Bobby Bare Jr.

In addition, free concerts will take place each night at Wonder Ballroom (128 NE Russell St). Admission passes are required and will be available for free at Jackpot Records on the day of the show.

Thursday
5:30pm: No Age
7:00pm: Battles

Friday
5:30pm: Britt Daniel
7:00pm: Built To Spill (Performing Perfect From Now On)

Saturday
5:30pm: Ratatat
7:00pm: Les Savy Fav
