A Bounty of Free Events at PICA’s TBA Festival 2008

A quick heads up:

PICA’s Time-Based Art (TBA) Festival starts on September 4 and runs through September 14. As the website describes, the TBA Festival is “Portland Institute for Contemporary Art’s annual convergence of contemporary performance, dance, music, new media and visual arts projects in Portland, Oregon.” All opening night events are free, as are several events and exhibits over the following days.
