Multnomah County Fair: Running May 24–26, the fair features a petting zoo, pony rides, a rabbit show, wiener dog races, and special events each day. Oaks Amusement Park, noon to 7:00 pm. More information can be found here or at the Oaks Park website.

Rose Festival RC Regatta: Radio-controlled model hydroplanes will be racing at the casting pond in Westmoreland Park. Event runs from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm; racing starts around 10:30 am. For more information, visit www.e-rcu.org.

GrazeFest at Portland Farmers Market: At this celebration of meat, chefs from Toro Bravo, Fife and Meriwether’s will give cooking demos and samples, ranchers will talk about their practices, and Henry Weinhard’s Brewery will provide beer samples.
